HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You can sign up by selecting the brew box that works for you. Once you sign up, you’re credit card will be auto-charged at the start of each month based on the subscription level you choose.
HOW DO I GET MY COFFEE?
If you live in Kamloops, we will deliver it to your doorstep, or you can pick it up at direct at our coffee roaster. Pick up times are Friday mornings 10am – 12pm. Not local to Kamloops? No problem! We’ll ship to your doorstep each month for only $5! Doorstep delivery will run weekly on Fridays! Orders must be placed prior to cut off times. For local pickup and delivery orders must be place by Saturday by 6pm for following week delivery. Reoccurring subscription orders do not need to worry about cutoff times – ONLY IF WANTING TO CHANGE ROASTS FROM LAST ORDER.
WHEN DO I GET MY COFFEE?
We ship and deliver every week depending on your subscription level and your method of delivery. Please allow 2 – 4 days as we roast everything to order.
IS THERE A COMMITMENT?
Nope! With our reoccurring system, you are not obligated in any way. You can increase, change roasts, reduce, or cancel at any time.
WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST?
Need a different amount than one of our packages? Need decaf? Want your coffee ground? No problem! Please note your preference when signing up, and we will do our best to accommodate!
