All of our beans used in our coffee production and roasting process are high grade quality arabica beans. Each roast offers different flavor profiles unique to the coffee plants origin. We do not use any Robusta coffee bean in our blends so there is no compromise in taste. Try a roast level that you prefer but don't be afraid to try them all as we feel they are all the best coffee beans!

A cup of our coffee you will taste the difference between stale grocery store coffee beans to our FRESH small batch coffee roaster. Our recommendations is if your trying us for the first time is for customers to pick your coffee roast based on the flavor notes listed in our brew chart.

FACT! Did you know that whole bean coffee can sit on store shelves for over 5 months after the roasting process before its purchased by the consumer. The shelf life of roast beans is 6 months so don't panic as its still fine to drink BUT this does affect the quality coffee and flavor before you get it home to brew. Roasted coffee can start loosing its freshness a few weeks after roasting. We recommend to keep arabica beans fresh that you leave the coffees in the bag it came in rather than transferring the roasted coffee into that Amazon storage jar! The oils in the bags helps your coffee stay fresh longer and it prevents any sunlight getting near that fresh roasted coffee! As always, rest assured we always roast to order and deliver direct to your door so you know its the best FRESHEST coffee you can buy!

No, our coffee is Ethically Sourced from small farms that are making their way helping their communities and supporting local workers. We are a small business and we like to support other small businesses.

Eeek! No Way! We only use top quality arabica whole beans. Robusta beans have a much higher caffeine content, so if you see those sellers bragging about how much caffeine is in their coffee you know you are drinking poor quality beans.

Why yes we do! Whole bean coffee is much more flavorful, fresh, and aromatic BUT we offer ground coffee as an option!

Light roasted coffee will have more caffeine, if you measure your coffee by scoops as the beans are denser than a darker roast. However, if you weigh your coffee grounds dark roasts will have more caffeine, because there is less mass within the beans.

No, we do not have any certified organic coffees but we do use some organic beans in our roasts. Rest assured we still offer great coffee and put a great deal of care in understanding where the coffee lot was grown and how it was cared for. We only buy top arabica green beans for our blends that are grown in high elevations.
